Check‑in is from 12:00 and check‑out is by 11:00. Please bring your national ID or passport.
Payments
A 50% deposit secures your booking; companies may book with an LPO. We accept cash, card, M‑Pesa, bank transfer and company cheques. Payments are non‑refundable.
Breakfast
A full breakfast is served every morning, and is included on our Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board rates.
Children
Children are welcome. Children aged 3 and under stay free; children aged 4 to 12 pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing with their parents, or 75% in a room of their own. An extra bed is KSh 1,000. Our Twin Bed Suite suits families travelling together.

The 818 is a smoke‑free hotel, and pets are not allowed.
